My Stash of Red

This post is a strict reminder to myself that I'm not allowed to buy red-reds anymore. ANYMORE, I say.

L-R: Guerlain Rouge G Garconne (worn here), Dior Ara Red #999 (worn here), Burberry Military Red No. 310 (worn here), Dolce & Gabbana Iconic (worn here), Rouge d'Armani #400 (worn here), Rouge Bunny Rouge Raw Silence (worn here), Bite Pomegranate (worn here), Chanel Rouge Allure Laque Dragon (worn here), Ellis Faas L201 (worn here)

I can't believe I've previously shown every single one on the blog. Also, Military Red reflects less light compared to the other shades. Is that why it appears matte on our lips?

  1. So pretty! I have a similarly large collection of reds - I know I've reviewed about 15 on my blog, and then I have another 8 or so drugstore ones that I've swatched but not reviewed. Perhaps I will assemble them someday for a photo, but I'm a bit scared to know how many I have!

I think I should probably stop buying red lipstick too :/

  10. Ugh, your reds collection <3 I need more moody/vampy reds! Most of mine have either been discontinued or are too warm/bright for what I've been wanting to wear recently.

  11. Nice collection... I just started wearing red, and started with cheaper drugstore brands first to test the waters and see what type of reds I like. By looking at your collection, I think we may have similar taste in reds. :)
If you want to read and see some of the drugstore reds, check out my blog entry, red sexy lips, get yo sexy on. kekeke I was kind of blown away by the drugstore brand qualities!
I'm gonna have to try out the Dior and the Bite one too.

  12. I have Garconne, and I keep telling myself I don't need more reds because I never wear them, but that Rouge d'Armani is calling to me...as is the Burberry, of course.

  14. Not to be an enabler, but you look so pretty in red lipstick! Not everyone can wear reds as well as you do. Lovely collection. I think I need to check out the new Burberry Lip Velvet formula.

  18. You look amazing with red lips. It inspired me to venture outside of my comfort zone and try it out! I have a few reds now, but I keep gravitating towards the same kind of red. I'm trying to stop myself from buying more, but.. maybe after I take a look at the new Burberry lippies.. :3

  19. You also once posted a pic of yourself in a LMDB Neiman exclusive red-a lip creme I believe, it's in my bathroom, I am too lazy to go get it. At any rate, you put the posting on your blog and I picked it up while on vacation, by the pool with my husband and two children. It was so stunning I got up, used the hotel's car service to rush over to Neiman Marcus and get the lip color, so there are definitely more reds you have left out! Lol
